FA Flight Club is a community app for flight attendants. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Your email address, callsign, airline, and home base airport. We need this to authenticate you and to surface community features — leaderboards and crew recommendations.
The flight numbers, dates, routes, aircraft, positions, and notes you log inside the app. This is your data — used to populate your stats, your routes map, and your contributions to crew leaderboards.
Spots and tips you share with other crew. Anything you save under Destinations is visible to other FA Flight Club users.
Standard mobile telemetry — device type, OS version, app version. Used to diagnose crashes and prioritize fixes.
No cross-app tracking. We don't track you across apps or websites.
No data sales. We don't sell your data to advertisers.
No marketing partners. We don't share your data with marketing partners.
No uninvited access. We don't access your camera roll or contacts unless you explicitly attach something.
Sign you in, save your flights, show leaderboards.
Occasional emails about new features or important changes. You can opt out.
Anonymized aggregate stats — for example, average block time per leg — to inform features. Your identity is never attached to this data.
We use the following partners to operate FA Flight Club. Each partner's own privacy policy governs how they handle data we share with them.
Secure database and auth provider. Your data lives on their US-based servers.
Flight schedule data lookups. We send a flight number and date to fetch route info — we don't send your identity.
Destination search and autocomplete. We send a search query and an airport center to bias results — we don't send your identity.
Email delivery for sign-in codes.
Marketing communications — welcome emails and product announcements. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Settings → Account → Delete. We remove your auth identity within 24 hours and your flight log within 30 days. Aggregated leaderboard standings may be retained anonymously.
Settings → Privacy → "Hide me from leaderboards." Your data stays private and you stop appearing on community rankings.

FA Flight Club is intended for professional flight attendants. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we'll remove their data.
All connections to FA Flight Club use HTTPS / TLS encryption.
We use one-time codes for sign-in — no passwords stored.
Database access is gated by row-level security policies — you can only ever see your own private data.
If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app and update the date at the top of this page.

We treat your data the way we'd want our own treated.
